The Xao Lot 20
	The History During the Collapse, the Capulets and Montagues made a deal with the city of Verona that they would help pay for walling off the city against the encroaching Nomads in an attempt to revitalize the lagging tourist industry. In exchange they demanded that no multinational corporations be allowed to set up inside Verona walls. As their efforts witht he city proved to be working, the Japanese were soon rounded up and moved out of the city because of a fear that they represented the encroaching Japanese Zaibatsus that had almost bought up all of pre-collapse California. In these roundups many asians of other nationalities found themselves less than welcome in the city and especially in Montague and Capulet businesses. Finally a small group of mostly Chinese and Korean set themselves up as a resistance front under the leadership of a Japanese national of Korean descent named Xao Lot. In effect their own organizing efforts were the final cause of their removal from the city, as almost all the remaining asians were accused of being members of the Xao Lot and were exiled or imprisonned. Only six years later were police documents exposed quoting that the Xao Lot numbered only 20 members. The Present From the small asian community that survived these purges came a new youth gang now calling themselves the Xao Lot 20. This gang is closely watched but rarely interfered with by the police because of the outcry this would cause amongst the non- Capulet and Montagues in Verona. Numbering just over 20 members of various asian ethnicities they own a few cars between them including a monster street racer. They can often be found mixing things up with the Montagues and Capulets at various times and places, but they rarely become exceptionally violent except during very isolated incidents where they have gained a reputation as being skilled hand-to-hand fighters not to be taken lightly.
	Xao Lot 20 Membership
	The primary members of the Xao Lot 20 are listed here, but there are about twice this number in total, so you can throw a few around as needed. Unless otherwise noted, the whole gang can usually be found wearing black sunglasses of various stylings. Tuan Van Tran Leader of the Xao Lot 20, Tuan is 24 and wears his hair short-cropped and slicked back. He pulled this gang together out of the various asian communities left in Verona and keeps them motivated with reminders of what happened to the others less than 20 years ago. He has one cyberoptic and carries a Sword 9mm rechambered in .45ACP. He wears a baseball cap, a black muscle shirt and black and white combat pants. His right arm is one ornate red dragon light-tattoo. He is the Xao Lot's top driver and has put a lot of work into "Righteous", their muscle street-racer. He is fueled by nothing but rage and seeks inner peace only so long as there are no white folk to despoil it. He looks like a typical chromer, with swept-back hair, an Apocalypse T-shirt and black jeans sometimes covered over with a studded armor-jack when the weather isn't too hot.
