- REO Meatwagon is the second-rate Emergency Strike Service in the Night City region and in several others. They are known for jumping legitimate Trauma Team clients (on the rare occasion that they can beat Trauma Team to the site), dubious organ sales, cheap service and longer loiter times. But still, the price can't be beat, and you get what you pay for. REO MeatWagon's pricing plan is modeled after Trauma Team's. (This listing also usually represents most smaller Trauma Strike services throughout the world). The per-minute cost for uninsured users is 75 eb per minute, making coverage more economical than Trauma Team coverage. (Extrapolated from the Trauma Team rules and articles)

- In many cities, Militech maintains more security personel than are currently assigned to any contracts in that region. In 2020 they bought into the Personal Evacuation service field. While not providing the quality MedTechs and Care of the Medical Strike Services, they do field more heavily armed and combat-trained staff to take care of evacuations. Should the evacuee require medical attention he or she is rushed to the nearest hospital, but no more than First Aid +5 should be expected until the evacuee reaches the hospital. (Expanded from Chrome Book 1)
Personal Body Alarm | 300eb / month | 400eb for the Personal Alarm Card. No per-minute charge, but the client must pay 50% of ammo, and full cost of damage and personnel expenditures during the extraction. | D4+1 Minute Response Time |

- The Trauma Hospital Services Alliance is a group of Trauma Hospitals worldwide who share administration expenses and billing / collection services. (So if you owe one money, good luck getting service at another). In Night City, the Crisis Medical Centre (but not the City Medical Centre) is a member, as well as several of the corporate-run clinics in the city centre. All THSA Hospitals are "public" operations in that you need not be a registered policy holder with their Health Maintenance Organization to receive service. When a call goes out to 911 and the caller chooses not to accept the primary Trauma Evacuation for that district (Trauma Team in Night City), a Crisis Medical Ambulance is sent to the scene. Ambulance crews will not drive into fire-fights, nor will they exit the vehicle until police have secured the area. Otherwise their response time is adequate and the care is as good as Trauma Team's.
Crisis Ambulance | 350 eb | Ambulance and two paramedics, unarmed | 2D10 Minute Response Time |
