Carlucci - Fixer (+6)
Ghandi's primary competition inside Night City's gun running business, Carlucci also has spaceport access at the NY SpacePort through his Biotechnica contacts (although not for gun running). Carlucci is a heavy-set 5'8" with chemically-tinted grey skin and flat grey cyberoptics (making him somewhat unnerving to talk to).

Ghandi The Toad - Fixer (+7)
Ghandi is a small, round greaseball of an arms dealer and smuggler. He started off as small-time as they come, but every time our players run into him he is working bigger and better scams. Now he operates a small panzer team who move weapons into and out of Night City, with these regular shipments come the occasional special order of biotech or other black market items. Ghandi is generally irritating and annoying, with a nasal voice and allergies to everything under the sun. He dresses poorly and his hair is always greasy. Most people underestimate him, as he has some very heavy contacts on his side.

Henry Chin, Dr - Corporate (+8)
The original soft-spoken charismatic founder of Henry Chin Ministries, Dr Henry Chin had begun a boat city of his faithful on their way to the newpromised land in the middle of the Pacific when he found his Church was being torn apart by a group in his Security Division who were using it as a front for their own black ops. He found this out when the target of one of their previous ops retaliated... The U.S. Marine Corps. He barely escaped with his life and a new team of edgerunners who helped him retake control of his schisming religion. Henry Chin is 5'4", has black, well-kept hair, and is of obvious chinese descent. He is now rebuilding Henry Chin Ministries from the ground up.

Hobble - Covert Operative (+1)
Hobble epitemizes the small-time solo wanna-be. Specializing in small-time theft and b&e, he rarely sets his sights higher than something cool another PC ro NPC has recently acquired. Recently one of his B&Es went bad and resulted in the "removal" of his right leg, which he has saved and scrimped to replace with a cheap cybernetic replacement. This is the solo your party will encounter burried in a dumpster somewhere looking for a discarded polymer one-shot for his next job.

Vaughn - Netrunner (+6)
Vaughn used to be a pretty hot netrunner, but a far better programmer (+10 or higher). But then he used the wrong drug combination (of his own making) and forgot everything. He still has the skills, but has forgotten them. He has also forgotten the cell-modem built into his right biomech cyberarm (which he othen forgets is cybernetic at all). He thinks that he can link into the "spirit world" when high (when he is actually jacking into the net). He occasionally will do a run against a corporation's "Karma Center" (datafort) if pushed towards it the right way. Currently he operates a warehouse that produces a foamy liquid drug called "Fun" that he working on shipping accross North America. He is just over 6' tall, usually wears a lab coat, and looks quite spaced out on whatever drug he is currently using. After all, you can never have too much "Fun"!
