Stay causes the netrunner`s ICON to stay put, for 2D6 turns, while they go about their buisness. The 'runner can only move fifteen squares from their ICON and progs like "See-ya" can be used to see the netrunner`s actual location.

Witch-Hole

Possibly the most mythical program in the history of netlore. It creates a paradoxial "black-hole" in the target system, which will proceed to pull everything into it. The prog is four squares wide pulls everything toward it at a rate of 3 squares per round. Anything that gets sucked in is lost forever, ICE, Files, even netrunners. The problem is that when it is released their is a 75% chance that it will spread to a new target. Then again and again and again... It could quite possibly mean the end of netspace.
