Autonomous units are devices designed to act on their own to perform jobs assigned to them. Also known as robots, autonomous units usually have some amount of problem-solving software and hardware.
The most famous autonomous units are the RoboHounds and the various housekeeping bots used in conapts world-wide. There are also an assortment of Autonomous Assassination Units such as the Arasaka RDAK.
